Thanks for visiting our condominium's community website. This site is an online community for the owners and residents of 300QED in Ottawa, ON and this first phase of its development is mainly an on-line version of our former Residents’ Manual, a paper-based manual issued to each owner. The Manual was difficult, costly and time-consuming to update. The board therefore decided, for those owners and residents who are comfortable using on-line resources, to introduce a website where you can access all the same documents in their most recent form, as well as monthly financial, statements, board meeting minutes, AGM materials and other useful information.

Once you have logged on to the site, you'll be able to read the latest news, view upcoming events, access board documents (such as minutes, agendas and bylaws), and communicate directly with board members.
